Pillows weren't comfortable, and there was no ice on my floor. Loved the convenient location near the airport and the clean rooms. Nice heated pool in January too.

This is my favorite place to stay in Tempe. the hotel is incredibly clean and modern, and the staff is genuinely helpful. the location is peaceful and convenient, being close to Sloan Park, restaurants, shopping, and the airport.

The staff was attentive and caring. the hotel is spotless and nicely appointed. Our suite was immaculate with a balcony and a roll-in shower, just as advertised. the location is convenient, as it is close to downtown restaurants, Mill Avenue, airport, and car rental.

Comfy location in good area, so close to downtown restaurants and shops as well as airport. Helpful staffs, gave a few recommendations. Very comfy bed, large bathroom and a microwave oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

This hotel has a convenient and comfortable location with plenty of nearby dining options, and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

There was a problem with the reservation when we arrived and Tommy went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Then when I mentioned the problem to Sam the next morning when we were checking out, took 1 look and straighten out the money problem. He was extremely efficient. They both made, what could have been a miserable start to our vacation, turn out great. Thanks guys you are very much appreciated.

As mentioned above there was an error, either with Booked.net or Quality Inns. Luckily I had my printout showing my reservation date as Nov. 13 because the hotel did not have a reservation for me. What Sam discovered when we were checking out was that the hotel had the reservation for Aug. 13Th which was the day that I had pre. Booked the hotel. Then because we had not shown up on Aug. 13Th we were charged as no shows. Somehow there was a miss communication between the hotel and Booking. Thank goodness Sam found the problem and fixed it.
